About the Event
This workshop will empower novice and avid gardeners to be experts in soil preparation and to start growing plants and veggies from seed at home (it’s easier than you think!).
Catherine Boekmann will guide us through soil preparation and general information about how healthy garden soil makes healthy plants that are less vulnerable to pests. Kim Lowe will share all the tips and tricks she’s gathered for almost 20 years of starting her garden from seeds every year in her basement.
